Repositioned a European cloud for AI and equipped sales to sell it
Led Impossible Cloud's move from storage into AI, from positioning and launches to the website, one-pagers and partner decks that sales and partners sell with.
Challenge
Impossible Cloud was moving from storage into AI compute with three new product lines. Sales and partners needed one clear story, and the tools to tell it, while the products were still taking shape.
What I did
I led the repositioning from "Europe's sovereign cloud storage" to "the sovereign intelligence cloud" and ran three launches: serverless inference, dedicated inference, and bare metal with managed Slurm and Kubernetes. I carried one message, sovereign, affordable and fast, through the product pages, one-pagers and partner deck. AI tools sped up research and first drafts.
Result
A new homepage, product pages and two contact pages went live in four weeks, in English and German, and sales and partners got a one-pager and deck built on the same message. Inbound leads grew 3× in 18 months, and the new positioning significantly influenced open GPU pipeline.

Why it matters
Positioning only works when sales can repeat it. The same ideas run through the website, the one-pager and the partner deck.
